An Evening Under The Stars at the winery.
Saturday August 8th 6-9p.m. Come join us for “An Evening Under The Stars.” Champagne & Prawn reception followed by hand passed entrees with wine pairings. Limited availability, RSVP required. $50/person. Event held in our event center and courtyard. A moonlight vineyard walk will take place—for those interested bring comfortable walking shoes. Call today to reserve your spot and to inquire about transporation options.
Attendees will be entered in a drawing 1 week prior to the event to win a ride in one of our antique classic cars. The Winner will receive a ride to and from the event in the car from any location in Hollister.

Wine Clubs
The Summer wine club shipment consists of 2006 DeRose Chardonnay ($16/btl./ $12.80 wine club) and 2007 Cabernet Pfeffer ($25/btl./$20.00 wine club).
 2006 DeRose Chardonnay
For those of you who already love Sharknose, try our DeRose Chardonnay and see what you think. A few extra months of barrel aging and additional lees stirring give this wine a rounder, fuller mouthfeel and a bit more complexity. Great for seafood, cream sauces and cheeses.
2007 Cabernet Pfeffer
Our first bottling ever of 100% Cabernet Pfeffer. This rare and unique wine developed by William Pfeffer in 1897 is filled with aromas of white pepper, cranberries and pomagranite. Soft tannins and great acidity make this wine very food friendly especially with pork, Chicken and lean cuts of beef. Drink after decanting or with up to 6 years of cellaring.
